Return/Refund/Exchange Policy & Process

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges

We are a small company with limited, rotating stock, therefore we do not generally offer returns. However, if the wrong size was purchased and you would like to exchange it, we may be able to do so if we have the size you want in stock. This is not guaranteed and will be handled case-by-case. You would also be responsible for shipping costs to return the item being exchanged. Please contact us at slugjeansbrand@gmail.com and we can discuss this with you.  

 

Refunds (if applicable) 

If we do make an exception to our return or exchange policy, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Items must be returned in the condition they were received - new, unused/unworn/unwashed, and free of odor, hair, lint, etc. 

 

When your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email that your returned item has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

 

If approved, your refund [minus the shipping cost] will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. In general, it takes 5-7 business days for funds to return to your card, but these times may vary based on card company times. 

 

Exchanges

We will replace items that are defective or damaged. To exchange the item for the same thing, please contact us at slugjeansbrand@gmail.com. Customers will be required to pre-pay for return shipping but we will reimburse this cost upon receiving and inspecting damaged items.  

 

Shipping

Orders generally take 2-5 business days after payment to be received and processed. Shipping may take 3-7 days depending on carrier and distance from Eugene, Oregon. International shipping may take 7-22 business days. Delivery times may vary. We cannot guarantee there will not be delays in shipping that are out of our control. 

 

Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable in the case of returns/exchanges. If you receive a refund, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. 

 

If you are shipping an item over $50 you may want to consider purchasing shipping insurance and/or use a trackable shipping service. We can’t guarantee your returned item will be delivered to us.
